How many sessions will I need

The number of sessions you need will be dependant on your circumstances and the reason for which you are seeking hypnosis. Many people find they feel remarkably better after just 3-4 sessions, for others it may only take one. 

Some issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem and depression may better suit a longer-term approach with regular weekly sessions, whereas other issues may be treated in a short time scale. 

I will let you know how many sessions I feel you might need when you start therapy, and will be flexible when it comes to decreasing or extending the number of sessions to correlate with your progress and needs.

How regularly will I need appointments? 

How regularly you see me will be something we decide on together. Initially, you may decide you wish to meet on a weekly basis, but depending on improvements and how you feel, you may choose to come once a fortnight, gradually decreasing to once a month until you feel ready to go it alone. 

Generally speaking, the more sessions you have close together, the more meaningful results you can achieve. 

 I can teach you self-hypnosis techniques which can be practised at home, to reinforce the usefulness of formal sessions with myself.
